  • 60-minute in-person, virtual, or phone call meeting to cover detailed diet analysis, address nutrient deficiencies, injuries, energy or GI issues and nutrition goals.

  • Personalized nutrition strategy

Performance Nutrition Follow-up ($55): Your needs and goals may change. Follow-ups are valuable for further addressing needs, continued success, and consistency.

  • 30-minute in-person, virtual, or phone call meeting to address nutrition plan and/or goal adjustments, and accountability
